This workshop will cover BSIP+ funding, competition law, procurement advice and DeMinimis, participants are encouraged to get involved and ask questions.

The event is aimed at local transport authority (LTA) officers involved in distributing BSIP+ funding, but is open to anyone with an interest in competition law, procurement and DeMinimis requirements.

Speakers:

• Libby Prichard, Associate Director at Backhouse Jones Solicitors - Libby is an expert in competition and procurement law

• A DfT lead official in BSIP+ funding.

• The session will be introduced by Rebecka Steven, Senior Policy Adviser at the Confederation of Passenger Transport.
