Bus Passengers’ Experience of Delays and Disruption – Research Report

This research with bus passengers shows that punctuality is their top priority for improvement, with Transport Focus' Bus Passenger Survey showing satisfaction with punctuality ranging from 57 to 83 per cent. That’s why Transport Focus have carried out this further research into bus passengers’ experience of delays and service disruption, and how it affected people, including some consideration of how to alleviate the problems.
